I have visited Lisa twice in recent months, being in need of her Microsuction service on both occasions.
It’s a procedure that is familiar to me and consider it to be a bit like “visiting the dentist”. Inherently, it is not a relaxing prospect but I look forward to being able to hear normally again after the treatment.
On the basis of my experiences on both occasions, I can endorse numerous reviews by others that Lisa is indeed caring, kind, knowledgeable and passionate in what she does, all of which contributed to creating a relaxing environment in the treatment room.
In progressing with the treatment, her skill, attention to detail and thoroughness in the task quickly became evident. Combine that with her sensitivity to any moments of discomfort alongside her continuous commentary about what was happening and it quickly built a confidence that “I was in good hands”
