Restorative Yoga

The practice of conscious deep rest. A practice where the physical body is supported by props for ease and comfort, enabling the relaxation response. Through support and stillness, this release work brings to balance the energetic, emotional and mental layers to promote overall wellbeing.

My classes are an opportunity to re-connect with yourself and prevent and reverse muscular pain and tension. It is my intention to bring you home to yourself, connecting with your soul to make deep energetic changes so that upon leaving the class you step back into life feeling refreshed, balanced, calm, and stronger both physically and mentally.
